说明：包括跳频通信系统的整个工作流程，调制，跳频，解跳，解调。忽略同步相关的问题，包括跳频同步，帧同步，定时同步等。其中，调制采用MSK调制方式，解调采用复差分解调方式。(Including the whole work flow of frequency hopping communication system, modulation, frequency hopping, de hopping, demodulation.
