公交调度系统
公交调度指挥管理系统 由遍布全市各交通要道的电子站亭采集到车辆行驶实时数据，然后传送到后台的信息处理中心计算，管理人员就可以了解整体交通状况。通过运用电子地图技术(GIS)，可以直观的显示公交车辆运行状况，道路拥堵情况。这是一项非常有用的功能，可以有助于公交公司科学决策，合理调配车辆，提高车辆利用效率。 信息管理中心主要由网络设备、服务器和大屏幕显示器组成。信息管理中心是DBS系统数据处理、交换的核心部分。后台应用软件接收公交车到站信息，推算出公交车到站时间，并把预测的到站信息传送给相应电子站亭。后台应用软件还能够以电子站亭为显示终端，发布信息。随着DBS的建设和ITS的逐步推进，信息管理中心还要陆续添加和交通部门的接口以及更多的增值业务服务器，开发更多应用功能。如图9所示：
