Discrete multitone (DMT) modulation is an attractive method for communication over a nonflat channel with possibly colored noise. The uniform discrete Fourier transform (DFT) filter bank and cosine modulated filter bank have in the past been used in this system because of low complexity.
I want to simulate a MB-OFDM-UWB system in Matlab. I did pure OFDM system before which consist of convolution code block, modulation block, FFT block, Cyclic Prefix block, multipath block and corresponding receiver blocks. However, how to modify them to a MB-OFDM-UWB system
6.9 MATLAB Program for Computation of Field Distribution in Nonuniform Optical Medium Program for computation of temporal field evolution in rectangular computational domain containing several regions of low refractive index. Dirichlet boundary conditions are used.
7.11 MATLAB Program for Computation of the Fundamental Mode Distribution in Microstructured Fiber by Means of Plane Wave Expansion Method Program for computation of the mode field distribution in microstructured fiber based on square lattice photonic crystal. Parameters of the fiber are: PhC period, radii of its elements, refractive indices of the background and PhC elements.
4.14 MATLAB Program for 1D PhC Band Structure Computation by Means of PWE Method Program for photonic band structure computation of 1D photonic crystal. Unit cell consists of two layers. Structure is defined by the thickness of layers within the unit cell as well as their refractive index
8.7 MATLAB Program for Band Structure Computation of 1D PhC by Means of FDTD Method The program for 1D PhC band structure computation by means of FDTD method. Input data: permittivity distribution within unit cell
3.4 MATLAB Program Reflectance Spectrum Computation of 1D PhC The program computes the reflectance spectrum of the user-defined layered structure by the method described in this chapter. The solution of the linear equations system is carried out by Cramer
