一个很经典的Turbo编码解码程序，除了Turbo码的性能测试外，还增加了正常的信源编码和解码过程，主要用于通信中的信源数据的编码和接收端得解码过程。(The encoding.com turbo encoding feature is available via the encoding.com API and will automatically send your job to a higher capacity (more CPU and more RAM) server for faster processing times. This feature is great to use for high bitrate, H.264, HD, or any video encoding job in which processing time is critical.
