国际上著名的cdecl的超级简化版 ， 也算是一个另类的中文版吧。。。可以将C 语言的声明翻译成中文哦！！！例子（上面一行是输入，下面一行是输出）：int a标识符a是int型int a[]标识符a是int型的数组int *a[]标识符a是指向int型的指针的数组int *a()标识符a是返回值为指向int型的指针的函数int (*a)()标识符a是指向返回值为int型的函数的指针
