如何在PowerBuilder 开发环境中运行ZFC 框架。
1、文件
app.pbl 常用应用库；
controls.pbl zfc 控件库；
main.pbl 主要对象库；
demo.pbl 演示程序库；
2、目录
DB 演示数据库；
PSR 演示PB报表；
3、基于 ZFC 框架编写程序需要哪些文件和表：
引用main.pbl、controls.pbl、app.pbl 三个库
演示数据库中的Employee，EmployeeToFunction，Function，Profile 四个表；
演示数据库中的usp_DateGet，usp_EmployeeGet，usp_FunctionGet，usp_ProfileGet，usp_ProfileSet 五个存储过程；
如果您使用其他数据库，请移植表和存储过程。

S16m S165m S17m分别是16GHz 16.5GHz 17GHz在模型二下每公里雨衰值
S1618km S16518km S1718km分别是16GHz 16.5GHz 17GHz在模型二下18km实例的雨衰值
T是Third,即第三模型的情况
T16 T165 T17分别是16GHz 16.5GHz 17GHz的情况,是模型三大气层下总雨衰值
T16m T165m T17m分别是16GHz 16.5GHz 17GHz在模型三下每公里雨衰值
T1618km T16518km T1718km分别是16GHz 16.5GHz 17GHz在模型三下18km实例的雨衰值
zhaosheng是只考虑天线噪声温度对雷达最大探测距离的影响
yushuai是综合考虑天线噪声温度和雨衰减对雷达最大探测距离的影响
其中,参数情况在各个程序中都有说明(err)
