是个纯粹c语言编写的控制台应用程序。能完成成绩管理中的插入，排序，查找，删除，修改功能。成绩保存在默认的文件中，用户可选择启动时是否加载文件或退出程序时是否保存本次结果。
该程序的不足之处是：没有做图形用户界面，用户操作可能不是太方便。没有用数据库，而是直接将程序结果保存到文件中。
