FFT 嵌入式使用s32类型
嵌入式设备使用的FFT算法。基于2基的库里-图基础。
以数据类型，以s32替换float。
误差可控。有误差范围的宏定义决定。
在STM32F103系列CPU上，以72MHz运行，256点，需要不足5ms时间。
算法在数据转移方面还有进一步的优化空间。若使用大型的固定值的查找表，大概还能节省1ms左右。
