从wsus获取系统更新
自己写的用wsus api从wsus服务器获取当前所有更新数据。
生成的可执行程序依赖Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration.dll，System.Data.SQLite.dll这个两个dll。
该程序放在安装了wsus服务程序的windows系统中。若本机没有安装wsus，则程序退出。
从wsus获取所有更新后，将依次打印出相关信息。
