应用背景
拓扑关系是GIS中空间目标之间最基本也是最重要的关系之一,在空间数据建模、空间查询、分析、推理、制图综合、图像检索和相似性分析等过程中起着重要的作用。
关键技术使用C#进行编程，原始数据存储在文本文件中，文本文件保存的是点和弧段信息（也可以是边）。读取数据后，算法能够自动生成拓扑信息，并实现含岛多边形，多边形使用链状独立编码表达拓扑关系。
