一、项目设计的主要内容提要
高校就业问题一直是一个困扰着广大师生的问题，为了促使高校将毕业生就业服务和就业管理工作做的更好，吸引企业、服务毕业生，全面提高高校的就业率和就业质量，广泛地吸引各种形式的企业和用人单位进入校园招聘，已而为学生就业提供了一个更广阔的平台，在此之下，有必要建立一个以企业和毕业生为主体的高校就业服务管理系统。
二、系统组成与系统结构
系统由就业门户、双选就业以及服务管理三部分组成。系统共有3种帐号，包括企业单位帐号、毕业生帐号以及管理员帐号。3个帐号采取不同的登陆方式，提供不同的服务管理。
就业门户包括：就业动态、发布就业动态。
双选就业包括：学生可以职位搜索与订制，建立个人档案，发布/更新简历，获取就业咨询。企业可以建立人才储备库，人才搜索与订制，建立企业档案，发布/更新职位，获取校园咨询。
就业管理：该模块主要为学校就业管理人员而设。包括：就业管理，职位管理，统计分析。
