TDMS的文件读取到Matlab。
优点：
-支持读取v2的文件
-不需要使用NI的DLL，因此它不需要32位窗口
- 支持隔行扫描数据
-只允许读的名称及属性，以得到一个文件是什么感觉快
- 允许读数据的特定子集
