2、读入ASCII文件(read_ascii, ascii_template;或者readf),画图(plot、oplot)表示2007年6月、2007年12月、2008年6月输出结果(X轴为纬度,Y轴为参数, 同一参数不同月份放在一张图上,5个参数5张图),并进行必要标注(xyouts)。
