基于Socket封装的通用API，支持TCP客户端、TCP服务端、UDP客户端、UDP服务端。应用程序开发需包含导出类的TSocket.h，同时引用TCPUDPAPI.lib，TCPUDPAPI.dll 放在应用程序运行目录下。
