STM32F767+lwip+freertos 通过网页API获取天气城市的数据（整个工程文件，有源代码，有注释）通过 2017.ip138.com/ic.asp 获得IP和地区ip.ws.126.net/ipquery?ip=255.255.255.255 通过IP获得城市信息www.weather.com.cn/data/cityinfo/111111111.html 通过城市代码信息获得天气信息。这些网址都可以通过windows的ping它们的网址 得到对应的IP地址，然后通过LWIP的设置板子为TCP客户端 绑定对应的网站IP进行通信。

nsct与小波变换去噪
并详细介绍了小波变换、Contourlet 变换、NSCT 变换的一般原理。基于小波变换的 GSM 模型去噪具有很好的去噪效果。利用高斯尺度混合模型来描述 NSCT系数的特性，并用贝叶斯最小二乘估计来估计待恢复图像的 NSCT 系数，实验表明该方法去噪时能更好保留图像纹理信息和获得更高峰值信噪比。
