    具有重要理论价值和广阔应用前景的希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,简称为HHT),是NE.Huang于1998年提出的一种新的非线性、非平稳信号分析方法。其关键部分是经验模态分解方法(Empirical ModeDecomposition,简称为EMD),任何复杂信号都可以由EMD方法分解成有限个本征模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,简称为IMF),再利用Hilbert变换,求解各IMF的瞬时频率等参数,从而获得信号的时频分布。HHT作为一种新的信号分析理论,已逐步应用到地震信号分析、机械故障诊断、流体力学、医学信号处理和语音信号处理等领域。但由于HHT尚处在初步发展阶段,因而还存在着一些问题需要研究和改进。为此,本文对HHT理论存在的问题进行了分析探讨,并对HHT理论的应用进行了研究.将HHT应用于雷达信号处理,提出了基于HIT的雷达信号脉内分析方法,仿真实验表明HHT分析方法具有多信号处理方法,能准确地描述信号的瞬时频率的变化规律,能清晰地区分各类雷达信号的脉内调制类型,并便于对调制参数进行估计。
