程序功能： 1.快速启动应用程序，主要是使用热键。还可以让程序定时启动。 2.锁定计算机。在98下面完全奏效，在2000xp下面不能完全有效。支持定时锁定、启动锁定。 3.定时提醒。 4.关机 5.关闭由本程序启动的子进程，并可以查看他们的进程信息。 6.保护本程序不被非法关闭。 FastRun.exe：主应用文件 Frpo.exe：后台保护程序 msgdll.dll：导出一个自己画的messagebox的动态连接库(procedures functions : 1.
