基本要求：
(1) 系统以菜单方式工作；
(2) 图书信息录入功能(图书信息用文件保存) ；
(3) 图书信息浏览功能；
(4) 查询和排序功能：如按书名、按出版社、按作者名等；
(5) 增加 (追加一批新的图书) /删除图书；
(6) 进出货管理：
1)图书进货：输入数据后图书数量能自动更新进行添加；
2)图书销售：输入数据后图书数量能自动更新进行减少(The library management system is designed and implemented in C language, and the books are managed.
