代码说明：

该程序对ofdm系统中mmsnr的信道缩短算法的误码率性率进行了仿真，而且与没有信道缩短的只加cp的ofdm的系统进行了对比.程序包可以完整实现仿真，并得到理想的效果图，相信对做信道时域均衡的人会有所帮助！(ofdm mssnr TEQ equlization)
