In this paper, a combined mathematical model of wind speed is established by using MATLAB / Simulink. The model divides the wind speed into four parts: basic wind speed, gust wind, gradual wind speed and combined wind speed. The simulation results show that the model can reflect the actual wind speed perfectly.)
