本文建立了独立悬架汽车整车七自由度动力学模型,推导了振动微分方程,运用数值仿真的手段研究了汽车悬架阻尼系数、刚度等设计参数对汽车振动特性的影响规律。结果表明,在共振区域附近,相对较大的刚度,会导致汽车的舒适性下降,但在共振区以外的高频区,刚度对汽车振动幅值的影响并不大;后桥悬挂阻尼对汽车振动幅值的影响较前桥强烈,适当增大后桥悬挂的阻尼有利于振动幅值的降低(This paper established an independent suspension vehicle dynamic model of seven degree of freedom, the vibration differential equation is derived, using the numerical simulation method of vehicle suspension damping coefficient, influence of design parameters on vehicle vibration characteristics of stiffness.
