代码说明：

说明：遗传算法求解函数的极值源码，代码分为几个文件都是用遗传算法的操作命名。所求解函数具体说明在适应度函数文件和主要执行文件中都有说明。代码中有大量的注释，额甚至可以说注释的数量比代码量都多，因为编写次源码的初衷就是想用来给别人讲解遗传算法的一个大致的过程。虽然是最简单的GA，但是也还是有一定的效果。代码的不足之处欢迎指出。代码和注释为原创，希望转载者注明来源，以便大家技术交流。(A GA based on MATLAB. Including tons of comments for users. )

An eye control device based on image processing is developed to assist mobility. The eye movement is detected using a camera which is attached to the wheelchair. This concept can be used for multiple applications, but this paper focuses the application to mobile and communication aid for handicapped patients suffering from quadriplegic and paraplegic diseases.
