使用FFMPEG库进行视频解码，然后在一个Static控件上使用SDL2.0进行视频显示，相比SDL1.0,2.0版本支持多窗口同时显示，性能也大幅提升。（demo中未处理音频帧）。本Demo优点：将视频解码和显示分别封装了两个类CFfmpegDecod和CSdlShow，便于学习和理解播放流程。适合学习者使用。(Using the FFMPEG library for video decoding, and then on a Static control on the use of SDL2.0 video display, compared to the SDL1.0,2.0 version supports multi window at the same time, performance is also greatly improved.
