说明： 小波阈值去噪的基本思想是先设置一个临界阈值λ，若小波系数小于λ，认为该系数主要由噪声引起，去除这部分系数;若小波系数大于λ，则认为此系数主要是由信号引起，保留这部分系数，然后对处理后的小波系数进行小波逆变换得到去噪后的信号。(The basic idea of wavelet threshold denoising is to set a threshold value of lambda first. 本次作业是在matlab环境中实现的，主要运用了图像处理的基础知识对一张车牌图像进行预处理。如图像转换、图像形态学处理以及图像的边缘检测等来增强图像的对比度。在此基础上利用形态学方法以及投影法相结合来定位图片中的车牌，并将其从图片中剪切出来。最后，将提取出来的车牌字符分割成单个字符并组成新的图像。(This work is implemented in matlab environment, the main use of the basics of image processing on a plate image preprocessing.
