通过串口采集下位机信息 smart

代码说明：

  本程序是基于LABWINDOWS/CVI 的，主要是通过串口采集下位机信息，然后显示状态信息并通过串口发送命令字节。(The program is based on LABWINDOWS/CVI.It get message from RS232and display status,then send command by RS232.)
