说明：   本程序用于AQM网络的拥塞分析。 我们将TCP/IP网络用流体模型表示，网络拥塞时，对应的系统模型将出现不稳定，本程序采用2-D稳定性检验算法判断稳定性，进而确定网络的拥塞条件。 程序的前言部分给出了参考文献，使用者对照参考文献可以理解本程序提供的算法。(This procedure for analysis of AQM network congestion.
