The DVB-T standard is the most successful digital terrestrial television standards in the world. First published in 1995, it has been adopted by more than half of all countries in the world. Since the publication of the DVB-T standard, however, research in transmission technology has continued, and new options for modulating and error-protecting broadcast steams have been developed. Simultaneously, the demand for broadcasting frequency spectrum has increased as has the pressure to release broadcast spectrum for non-broadcast applications, making it is ever more necessary to maximise spectrum efficiency.

Digital image face detection had been developing so much in this last decade. The searching for the best method is still walking until today. This face detection research is using color model based segmentation method combined with template matching. There are 4 main process in this research. First, motion detection is used to minimize the size of the image by subtracting image n with image n+m. Then, by using YCbCr color model based segmentation, the image is separated by skin color area and non-skin color area. Third, is to reduce the noise by using the blurring way and by filtering its wide. The last one is matching the area that last with template that has been prepared to detect which area is face. The result of the research, from 217 images and 10 videos , shows that this method reach up to 70,5 face detection accuration procentage.

Compared to the development of computers, or the Internet, or even cars, the evolution of aviation equipment appears to be very unhurried. Several factors contribute to this very gradual pace, but one of the most important is the extreme care with which any innovation affecting safety has to be examined, evaluated, analyzed, and tested. Satellite navigation equipment for aircraft is not an exception, so predicting its future for the next20 years is relatively easy compared to predictions for other fields. In this paper first of all we will describe briefly the challenges that satellite navigation must solve to be available solution for aviation. Then, we will describe the systems that have been developed to overcome these challenges and the performance they offer today, or will offer very soon. There is currently an explosion in satellite Navigation: before the end of this decade there will be over three times more satellites, offering civil signals in two distinct frequencies (as opposed to one today).

In this paper, the control of Hopf bifurcation in an Internet congestion model with a single link accessed by a single source is presented. By choosing the gain parameter as a bifurcation parameter, it is found that the system without control cannot guarantee a stationary sending rate. Furthermore, Hopf bifurcation occurs when the positive gain parameter of the system exceeds a critical value. For Internet congestion model, a control model based on delayed feedback is proposed and analyzed for delaying the onset of undesirable Hopf bifurcation. Numerical simulations are given to justify the validity of delayed feedback controller in bifurcation control.
